KVL Group has been operating in the fields of development, construction, rental and real estate management since 1950, as part of private real estate group owned by the Pougach family.
KVL group has income-producing properties investments and activities in Israel, USA and Europe, focusing in the industrial, warehouses and logistics segments.
In the United States, the group operates through KVL USA LLC both in commercial real estate, as well as residential real estate (single-family properties), primarily in Nashville metropolitan area and the city of Chattanooga TN, and in Huntsville Alabama area.
Our activity in Israel
Kal VaChomer Lebniya Ltd. was founded in 1983 and has since been active in the field of construction, rental and management of income-producing real estate, focusing mainly on industrial buildings, storage and renewable energy development.
Kal VaChomer Lebniya Ltd. is part of the Kal VaChomer Group owned by the Pougach family, which has been operating in the construction and development field since 1950.
In 2017 Kal VaChomer Lebniya merged with other companies in the group, and positioned itself as a key anchor within the group.
Throughout the years, Kal VaChomer Lebniya Ltd. has expanded its activity to investments in income- producing and residential real estate abroad.
Kal VaChomer Lebniya has investments in Europe and since 2017 also in the US.
