KVL Group has been operating in the fields of development, construction, rental and real estate management

since 1950, as part of private real estate group owned by the Pougach family.

KVL group has income-producing properties investments and activities in Israel, USA and Europe, focusing in the

industrial, warehouses and logistics segments.

In the United States, the group operates through KVL USA LLC both in commercial real estate, as well as residential

real estate (single-family properties), primarily in Nashville metropolitan area and the city of Chattanooga TN,

and in Huntsville Alabama area.

The group founder- Gershon Pougach (1922-2000) 

The founder of the group - the late Gershon Pougach immigrated to Israel in 1941 from Kovel, Ukraine, as alone refugee while his entire family did not survive the Holocaust.

Gershon worked and fought for the establishment of the State of Israel and the establishment of the people of Israel in their land.

Gershon studied civil engineering and in the 1950s began working as a contractor. He later established a group of construction companies.

Eventually under his leadership, the construction company became what it is today, and the group continues to invest in real estate in various projects.

Today the group is run by his sons and the third generation.
